Ryann's First Grade Spelling Bee

Ryann decided that this year she wanted to participate in the spelling bee at her school. We spent hours and hours studying and she did great! She made it to about the last 5 people before she got out. She said she had a great experience and wants to do it again next year. We are so proud of her!

All the silliness that is Gunner

As I was organizing my photos I realized I have all these random funny pictures of Gunner being his funny self. So here are some of them.

Enjoying mom's cake scraps
I used part of this feather boa on a cake and he found the leftover piece and started wearing it around the house.
One evening he came out of his and Ryann's room with her panties on his head. He just had this big grin on his face and was giggling because he new he was being silly. It was the funniest thing.
Crashed on the floor after playing too hard.
REALLY liking the cake scraps
This pair of pajamas was a little too big so he always would take his one arm out of the pajamas and walk around like that.

Gunner broke the cupboard door off the entertainment center because he played with it too much. He didn't mind though because he just started using it as his new playroom. He pulls all the blankets out of the cupboard, gets his trucks and climbs inside. He will play in there for hours!

E-Z Bake Oven

Ryann got and EZ Bake oven for her birthday last year and it only took us about six months to actually use it. Finally though, her and I spent a very fun afternoon baking all the goods that came with it. They weren't the prettiest things, or the best tasting but it was a fun afternoon for the both of us.

Fun in the Snow

The kids got new snow stuff for Christmas so spent many days out playing and loving it. Gunner's snow pants were pretty long so he could hardly move in them. He would just stand in one place for a while and when his legs would get tired he would just plop down and stay there watching Ryann. After a while Ryann and I just built up some snow behind his back so he had a chair kind of thing. It was lots of fun.

Gunner was strapped to me with the Moby wrap and under my coats to keep him warm which he DID NOT like at all!
